I have had long and in-depth training which involved studying psychological theories as well as counselling techniques. As your therapist, I use my experience, knowledge and life skills to help you make the changes you want in your life. I will also challenge you in order to help you move out of your stuck place.
As your therapist, I take care of the "How." Your job is simply to turn up to your sessions, and be as curious about yourself as possible. The rest will unfold along the way. No two people are the same, so no two therapies are the same.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling, I can help you learn to work on current problems by challenging unhelpful thoughts, behaviors which can improve your feelings.
Relationships are fundamental in our lives and unhealthy relationships can be harmful to our physical and mental health. Some issues may include personal and relationship growth, marital problems, relationship anxiety, parent-child challenges. I work with clients to help them learn more about their own needs and learn how to communicate those needs. I also guide my clients to develop practical solutions for their unique issues and situations.
